OVID REAL ESTATE PLC Would like to Employee Qualified and Competent Candidates for the following Positions. Ovid Real Estate is a sister company of Ovid Construction, which has extensive experience in the construction industry and is part of Ovid Group.

Ovid Real Estate uses modern construction technologies that reduce construction time by more than half and produce quality buildings. The company implements innovative solutions in the engineering, design and strategy sectors with the potential to create aesthetically marvelous space.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s or BSc in Marketing/Business Management/ Engineering or related.

Experience

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience who thrive in an office environment.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate creativity in developing innovative sales approaches.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in managing client information.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets.

Desired Skills:

  • Generate creative marketing ideas to attract potential buyers.
  • Incorporate innovative problem-solving techniques in sales strategies.
  • Develop engaging sales materials that highlight property features.
  • Utilize creative thinking to overcome sales challenges.
