POST-SALES OFFICER (REAL ESTATE)
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Estimated Monthly Salary: ETB 18,000 – 40,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer follow-up after purchase until full delivery and handover.
- Handle client inquiries, documentation, contract clarification, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with finance, engineering, legal, and customer service teams.
- Prepare handover schedules and ensure clients receive promised services.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain proper records of customer contracts, payments, and communications.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and improve the post-sales experience.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in real estate post-sales or customer relations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent documentation and follow-up ability.
