📌 Role Summary

As a Project Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling Jotun’s range of Decorative Paint Products to new and existing customers. This role involves direct engagement with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers to strengthen Jotun’s market presence in Ethiopia.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products to assigned customers and territories.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and market intelligence gathering.
  • Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company standards.
  • Ensure healthy working capital by following up on collections against assigned targets.
  • Actively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries from consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.

🎓 Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Strong initiative and accountability for results.
