✅ Position: Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Purchasing Officer who will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement operations across our business units and international orders.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily procurement activities to ensure transparent and competitive processes
• Maintain accurate supplier information, price lists, and vendor records
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and finance departments
• Temporarily cover core purchasers’ duties during absences or peak demand
• Oversee the full cycle of international orders, including quote collection, supplier negotiations, and customs clearance coordination
• Organize procurement documents for audit readiness and compliance
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections at resorts and properties to ensure procurement policy adherence and inventory standards
• Report procurement findings directly to the Procurement Manager
• Support in data collection and spend analysis across all business units for reporting purposes

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with customs processes and international purchasing procedures
• Ability to conduct field inspections and prepare clear reports
• High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
