🔹 Position: Real Estate Sales Agent (Junior & Senior Levels)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience for Junior Sales Agent
• Minimum of 1.5 years’ experience for Senior Sales Agent
• At least 1 year overall experience in real estate sales
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends in Ethiopia
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong closing skills and relationship management

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting real estate sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation
• Meeting with clients and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and successfully closing deals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

📍 Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
💰 Compensation: Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission
