Sales Officer

Position:

• Sales Officer (Required Number: 2)

Role Summary:

Drives Medinnova’s revenue through direct sales, outreach, relationship building, and business growth. They act as the front-line communicator with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.)
• Conduct product demos and share brochures
• Create a sales pipeline and follow up on leads

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Confident, well-spoken, and organized
• Medical device or pharma background preferred
• Target-driven with basic CRM tracking ability

Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Biomedical Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field) is required.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in the related field is preferred
• Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking, will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience in the sector will be an advantage

Work Hours:

• 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location:

• Bole Japan, Tropical Mall Ground Floor Office Number G-13B
• Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Salary:

• Negotiable, based on salary history and organization pay scale
