About the Company
Abay Homes Real Estate is a trusted developer in Ethiopia, specializing in the construction and sale of residential apartments and commercial spaces. We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated professionals to join us as Real Estate Sales Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Generate leads through outreach, surveys, and area engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client contacts and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on prospecting and sales activities.
- Set and monitor personal objectives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in real estate sales (5–8 years preferred for senior-level applicants).
- Skills:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication
- Time management and organizational ability
- Telemarketing proficiency
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Team collaboration
