1. Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles
  • Preferably CPA qualified
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Senior Accountant – General Ledger

Education & Experience

  • Professional accounting qualification: CPA (K), ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
  • Honors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience in an international company or audit firm
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of financial standards and reporting

3. Performance Management Reporting & Analysis Expert

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network performance, analysis, planning, or engineering
  • Experience working with telecom carriers, vendors, or consulting firms
  • Strong background in Incident & Problem Management
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills

4. Software Engineer – FinTech Operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Mobile Money system support or development (banking, FinTech, DFS, or related areas)
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, networking, and system administration
  • Experience with ITIL Service Operations, Agile, DevOps & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube)
  • Expertise in database systems: Gauss DB, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
  • Familiar with payment technologies: payment gateway, IPG, APIGEE
  • Strong understanding of JSON, SOAP, Swagger UI, Open APIs
  • Experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, Digital View, etc.
