1. IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 2+ years’ technical experience (databases, applications, cloud, enterprise architecture, system design).
• Preferred: CBAP/IIBA certification, Agile & Waterfall experience.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Telecom domain knowledge (VAS, Charging, CRM, Digital Services).

2. IT Solutions Architect

Qualifications:

• Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 2+ years’ technical experience in databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, and system design.
• Experience as developer, systems engineer, or delivery lead preferred.
• Strong technical roadmap delivery and telecom knowledge.

3. Facility Lead (Internal/External)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Property & Facilities Management or Business.
• 6+ years’ experience, 3+ years in management.
• Vendor management, invoice processing, and safety compliance expertise.

4. Senior Manager: MPESA Finance (Internal/External)

Qualifications:

• Business/IT degree.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA certified.
• 5–8 years’ financial services experience, preferably mobile money.
• Strategic thinker with process automation expertise.

5. Executive Head of Department – Financial Business Partnering – Commercial

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 8+ years’ telecom or related commercial experience.
• 10+ years in finance leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related.
• 3+ years’ experience in data development or campaign operations.
• Skills in SQL/PLSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, automation, and telecom CVM.

7. Specialist – Business Intelligence Development & Operations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Data warehouse design and BI tool experience (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS).

Qualifications:
