We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in photovoltaic (PV) systems or high-voltage power equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy solutions to utility companies, industrial clients, contractors, and government agencies. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships are essential.

Position: Sales Executive – PV Systems / High Voltage Power Equipment

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in PV systems or high-voltage power equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy solutions or high-voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Attributes:
• Existing network within the energy or utility sectors.
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.
• Fluency in English and other local languages/

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PV and high-voltage power markets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored energy solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for product specifications and project requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand networks.
