REAL ESTATE SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
• Lead sales team and oversee external sales agencies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Oversee brand positioning, advertising campaigns, and social media presence.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Organize property tours, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Closing sales needs and fulfilling contractual paperwork

Qualifications:

• BA/MA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in real estate sales or marketing management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
