- Sales Officers will focus on promoting property sales, engaging clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Service Officers will ensure excellent client relations, handle inquiries, and provide support throughout the customer journey.
Both roles are full-time and based in Addis Ababa, offering structured career development in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Officer
- Promote and sell properties to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about property features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales performance.
Customer Service Officer
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about properties and services.
- Support clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Sales Officer: BSc/BA in any field with one year of experience, OR Diploma in any field with two years of experience.
- Customer Service Officer: BSc/BA in any field with one year of experience.
Work Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills
- Confident, goal-driven, and passionate about property sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales.
- Knowledge of Addis Ababa’s property market.

Salary & Benefits
Sales Officer: 14,656 ETB per month plus 5% commission.
Customer Service Officer: 23,275.86 ETB per month plus commission.
