Domestic Logistic Firm (የሃገር ውስጥ የፈጣን መልዕክት አገልግሎት) is looking for a Sales Person & Customer Handling professional to support sales, customer acquisition, client follow-up, and courier service operations in Addis Ababa.

Sales Person & Customer Handling Officer

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the company's sales and customer-handling activities, including:

Identify and visit potential individual and business customers.
Contact prospective customers in person or by phone and introduce the company's courier services.
Explain service pricing, delivery options, and benefits to prospective customers.
Promote and market the company's courier services.
Bring in new customers and orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with customers through phone calls, messages, emails, and visits.
Monitor customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Meet sales targets and monitor individual sales performance.
Promote new courier services, special offers, and company campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials and increase service visibility.
Prepare and submit sales reports.
Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams to support smooth service delivery.
Oversee package delivery activities in the morning.
Provide backup receptionist support when office personnel are unavailable.
Maintain proper documentation for activities and customer-related work.

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree in Marketing and Sales.
0–5 years of experience.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of common places and locations in Addis Ababa.
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Good documentation skills; documentation is considered crucial for activities.
Ability to communicate with customers by phone and in person.
Ability to work in both office and field environments.
The position is preferably open to female candidates.

Work Arrangement

The role involves approximately half-day office work and half-day field/outside activities.
