    Key Responsibilities / Job Duties
    • Manage master data and support horizontal market expansion within the assigned territory
    • Implement PICOS strategies and drive sales order execution
    • Manage forward stock, push priority SKUs, and ensure FIFO stock movement
    • Increase point-of-sale (POS) presence by prospecting and onboarding new outlets
    • Execute weekly outlet visit plans as defined by the line manager
    • Conduct outlet execution checks to ensure compliance with execution standards
    • Monitor product stock levels and take corrective action to maintain availability
    • Check fridge stock, product positioning, and planogram compliance
    • Ensure correct placement of visibility and branding materials inside and outside outlets
    • Utilize SEM, B2B ordering, and customer management tools effectively
    • Manage loyalty schemes and strengthen customer engagement
    • Deploy and monitor promotional activities and point-of-sale materials
    • Collaborate with trade marketing teams on promotional planning and execution
    • Collect and report competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities
    • Conduct regular market and problem-solving visits across the territory
    • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Drive account development and maintain RQC management
    • Achieve sales volume targets by brand and SKU
    • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of assigned company assets
    • Prepare daily sales and crate inventory reports using approved sales tools
    • Participate in regional sales meetings and reporting activities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
    Qualifications & Experience
    • 0–3 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
    • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc)
    • Proficiency in the base town speaking language is mandatory
