Strong Non-Basic Chemical Manufacturing PLC is a growing manufacturing company specializing in supplying construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, and related industrial solutions. We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Sales Officers to strengthen our commercial team.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in construction, real estate, concrete admixtures, building materials, or related sectors
Educational background in Marketing, Management, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
Good knowledge of the local construction market is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to construction and real estate clients
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and report regularly to management
Conduct market follow-up and competitor analysis
Support collection and after-sales activities
