Position 1: Senior Government Affairs Officer-Internal/External

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, Public Policy / Public Administration, International Relations, and other related fields. With 5 years of experience of engagement and liaison with regional government offices.

LANGUAGE: (indicate fluency level)

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Amharic, Afan Oromo and Somali is an additional advantage

Technical / Role-Specific Competencies:

• Strong understanding of government structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and financing processes.
• Effective liaison and advocacy skills with government bodies.
• Report preparation, documentation, and compliance management.

Location: Jijiga Head Office with frequent travel to Addis Office

Position 2: Corporate Customer Relation Mgt Manager

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 4/6 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years as a senior officer role in the branch banking area.

Location: Addis Ababa
