Available Job Positions
1. Junior Developer Officer – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
-
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
-
1 year of experience as an IT trainee.
-
Strong skills in SQL & NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization.
-
Advanced API development & integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
-
Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and performance.
-
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and secure coding standards.
2. Secretary – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
-
Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Secretary.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Branch Operation Supervisor (3 Positions – Internal)
Qualifications:
-
B.A. in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
-
At least 4 years of banking/MFI cashier or teller experience.

Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
Locations: Kalafo, Dhobaweyn & Gob Branches.
4. Senior Government Affairs Officer (Internal/External) – Jijiga Head Office
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
-
At least 5 years of experience liaising with regional government offices.

Strong understanding of government structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
-
Knowledge of banking operations and compliance.
-
Excellent advocacy, communication, and documentation skills.
Languages:
-
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
-
Knowledge of Amharic, Afan Oromo, and Somali is an advantage.
Duty Station: Jijiga Head Office, with frequent travel to Addis Ababa.
5. Corporate Customer Relation Management Manager – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.

Minimum 4–6 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer role in branch banking.
