Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related fields.

1 year of experience as an IT trainee.

Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL).

Advanced API development (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).

Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding practices.

2. Secretary
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Secretarial Science, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

3 years of banking experience (1 year as Secretary).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

3. Branch Operation Supervisor (3 Positions) – INTERNAL
Qualifications:

BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

4 years of banking/MFI cashier or teller experience.

Knowledge of Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) is an advantage.

4. Senior Government Affairs Officer (Internal/External)
Qualifications:

BA in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.

5 years’ experience liaising with government offices.

Strong knowledge of government structures and banking operations.

Excellent advocacy and compliance reporting skills.

Fluency in English (Amharic, Afan Oromo & Somali are advantages).

5. Corporate Customer Relationship Management Manager
Qualifications:

MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

4–6 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Senior Officer in branch operations.
