Open Positions

Position 1: Project Coordinator – Digital Horizon Project

  • Employment Type: Limited Full‑Time
  • Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate ICT infrastructure, implement School Information Management Systems, oversee device deployment, develop dashboards, facilitate training, monitor safeguarding protocols.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in ICT/Computer Science/Information Systems; 4–7 years in ICT coordination or digital transformation; skills in Power BI, SharePoint, GIS, automation; leadership and communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in humanitarian/post‑conflict settings; familiarity with Ethiopia’s Digital Education Strategy.

Position 2: Trainers – Life, Business and Employability Skills

  • Employment Type: Limited Full‑Time (Consultancy/Training Engagement)

  • Responsibilities: Deliver five‑day training sessions; facilitate participatory learning; report outcomes; uphold safeguarding policies.
