SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Senior Retail Sales Executive, you will assist the Sales Manager in promoting and selling decorative products to targeted customers using Jotun’s sales tools, aiming to achieve sales, margin targets while growing market share and profitability.

The role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell decorative products to assigned customers and territories through regular visits and relationship building.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to support product promotion and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collections to meet assigned targets and maintain healthy working capital.
  • Provide high-quality service to distributors and address customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data and actively use Customer Relationship Management tools for customer and sales tracking.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
