Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner will support the Supply Chain Finance team in factory performance management, cost governance, savings delivery, and process improvement. The role requires strong expertise in finance, supply chain costing, SAP systems, and performance management to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure robust governance, financial hygiene, and compliance with Unilever standards and audits.

Manage production budgets, stock controls, balance sheets, and income statements.

Lead variance analysis for costs, budgets, and stock losses.

Support cost optimization and delivery of productivity targets.

Oversee Capex, CWIP, and Fixed Assets management.

Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to Unilever’s global financial standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain financial performance.

Drive forecasting, reporting, and decision support for leadership.

Contribute to digital and process transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, or CA are an advantage).

5+ years of professional experience, including team leadership and change management.

Strong background in Supply Chain Finance processes (Factory, Logistics, Procurement Finance, or Product Costing).

Solid knowledge of financial accounting, cost accruals, provisioning, and product costing.

Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in regional/global roles with cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluency in English (business level).
