System Administrator (Urgent Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with at least 5 years of experience in IT to manage, maintain, and secure our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, network performance, and data security across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux environments)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access control
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
• Maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure cybersecurity policies and system security compliance
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Support internal users with technical IT issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience (System Administration or related roles)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Cisco networking knowledge (CCNA/CCNP is an advantage)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• IT certifications (MCSA, RHCSA, CompTIA Server+, etc.)
