Tsehay Insurance S.C. was established on March 28, 2012, by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. The company operates under the license and regulation of the National Bank of Ethiopia (License No.017/12).
At its inception, the company started operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid-up capital of Birr 11.48 million, significantly higher than the required minimum at the time, demonstrating strong trust and credibility from the start.

💼 Available Job Positions

1. Cleaner & Messenger

• Qualification: Grade 10/12 complete
• Experience: 1 year
• Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

2. Legal Aide

• Qualification: Diploma in Law or LLB
• Experience: 2 years
• Place of Work: Head Office

3. Senior Auditor

• Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields
• Experience: 4 years (in the insurance sector)
• Required Number: 2
• Place of Work: Head Office

4. Auditor I

• Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
• Experience: 1 year
• Place of Work: Head Office

5. Legal Officer I

• Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
• Experience: 1 year
• Additional Requirement: Speaking Afan Oromo is preferable
• Place of Work: Head Office

6. Manager, Life Assurance Division

• Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience: 7 years, of which 3 years in a senior position
• Place of Work: Head Office
