TTK Private Limited Company, a leading soap and detergent manufacturing company in Ethiopia, is inviting qualified and motivated applicants to join its team. The company is seeking experienced professionals and fresh graduates for the following vacant positions.

1. Sales Analyst – Addis Ababa/Gelan

Education:

• BA degree in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, Management, Business Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Analyst, Sales Operation Officer, Sales Data Encoder, or related roles.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, conditional formatting, charting).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems for data extraction and reporting.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and accuracy.

2. Purchaser – Addis Ababa

Education:

• BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within FMCG or manufacturing industries.

Required Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn procurement procedures.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

3. Regional Sales Manager – Gondar

Education:

• BA/MA degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8 years (with BA) or 6 years (with MA) progressive experience in senior sales roles such as Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, or Deputy Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Addis Ababa consumer market, retail landscape, and distribution networks.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software skills.
• Fluency in Amharic and strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
