1. Trainee Secretary
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT
- Experience: None required

2. Junior Secretary
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

3. Junior Underwriting / Junior Claims Officer
- Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- GPA: 2.5 and above (graduates of 2022–2024)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience
- Skills:
