🔹 1. Senior Electrical Engineer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 1 year as Electrical Engineer-I or similar
• Skills: Technical expertise, leadership, teamwork
• Workplace: Head Office

🔹 2. Construction Contract Administrator II

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience; 1 year as Junior Construction Contract Administrator
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, standards, and materials
  • Ability to interpret legal, technical, and financial documents
  • Understanding of SOPs and safety regulations
  • Time management and problem-solving
• Workplace: Head Office

🔹 3. Branch Manager IV – IFB (Interest-Free Banking)

• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Management, or Banking & Finance
• Experience: 4 years (MA) / 6 years (BA), including 1 year at supervisory level (e.g., Assistant Branch Manager)
• Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and Interest-Free Banking operations
• Workplace: Khalid Branch, Mekelle City

🔹 4. Branch Manager III

• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: 4 years (MA) / 6 years (BA); including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor
• Workplace: Negelle Borena Branch

🔹 5. Branch Manager II

• Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Management, or Banking & Finance
• Experience: 5 years (MA) / 7 years (BA); including 2 years at supervisory level as Branch Manager
• Workplace: Hafet-Issa & Dire Dawa District

🔹 6. Manager, Digital Banking II

• Education: MA/BA in Business Administration, Management, IT, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking/finance with focus on digital banking; 3 years in managerial role
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital banking trends and customer needs
  • Proven track record in managing/promoting digital products
  • Sales/marketing background, especially in digital channels
  • Familiarity with branch operations and customer service
• Workplace: Dire Dawa District
