1. Building Administration Officer I

Location: Head Office
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building administration or facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage building facilities and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and support emergency preparedness efforts.
  • Review security alerts, manage access control, and oversee key distribution.

2. Senior Ethics Training Officer

Location: Head Office
Qualification:

  • BA/BSc or MA/MBA/MSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Political Science & IR, Purchasing & Supply Management, Journalism & Communication, Governance, Business Administration, Ethics & Civics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess ethical standards among employees and leaders through research and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare and deliver ethics development training.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of ethics programs and support anti-corruption initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating an ethical and value-driven work culture aligned with the Bank’s mission.

3. Senior Organizational Development Officer

Location: Head Office
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Organizational Development Officer I or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational needs assessments.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose and support the implementation of effective OD interventions.

4. Principal Organizational Development Officer

Location: Head Office
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Senior Organizational Development Officer or comparable role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement impactful organizational development strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.

5. Branch Manager IV

Location: Shey-Bench, Limu Genet & Itang Branches
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Branch Business Manager III or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations in alignment with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

6. Branch Manager III

Location: Branches Under Jimma District
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking/financial sector, including 1 year as Branch Manager IV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations, performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
