1. Internal Auditor

• Required Education & Experience:
  BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Required Number: 1

2. Finance Head

• Required Education & Experience:
  BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 6 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years must be in a leadership position.
• Required Number: 1

3. Credit Analyst

• Required Education & Experience:
  BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields with 2 years of experience in cooperative finance or microfinance institutions.
• Required Number: 1

4. Loan Officer

• Required Education & Experience:
  Diploma (Level IV) or BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Cooperative Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Required Number: 2

5. Marketing and Business Development Officer

• Required Education & Experience:
  BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with 3 years of work experience.
• Required Number: 1

6. Customer Service Officer (CSO)

• Required Education & Experience:
  Diploma (Level IV) or BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields with 1 year of experience.
• Required Number: 2

7. Security Guard

• Required Education & Experience:
  Grade 10 complete with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Required Number: 1
