Program Overview

The Young Graduate Trainee – Business Program is a 3-month intensive training initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with practical exposure and professional skills in banking.

The program combines:

• 📚 Classroom training on banking operations and strategies
• 🏢 On-the-job training across different business units

The goal is to prepare trainees for future roles that align with their strengths, ambitions, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Participate in structured training modules covering banking practices and strategies
✔ Maintain professional work habits that support bank growth and profitability
✔ Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
✔ Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team
✔ Perform additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Educational Requirements

• BA Degree in:
  • Banking & Finance
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Management
  • Economics
  • Or other related Business fields
• Minimum CGPA: 3.25
• Eligible Graduates: Class of 2024 or 2025 G.C.

Required Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about banking
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
• Basic computer application skills
• Industry-specific knowledge of banking products & services
