1. Trainee Officer
- Education: BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Experience: No experience required
- Location: Addis Ababa & Adama
2. Junior Risk Officer
- Education: BA in Business, Law, Finance, or Risk Management (Master’s or advanced law degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Finance Officer
- Education: MA/BSc/BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 1 year as Finance Officer II
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Senior Graphics Design & Digital Marketing Officer
- Education: BA in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (insurance sector experience advantageous)
- Location: Addis Ababa & Adama
5. Cashier
- Education: BA in Accounting or related business fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Location: Addis Ababa
6. Risk & Compliance Officer II
- Education: BA in Business, Law, Finance, or Risk Management (Master’s or advanced law degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, including 1 year as Officer I (insurance sector experience required)

7. Senior Auditor
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MBA in Accounting or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 1 year as Auditor II

8. Underwriting Officer I
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance sector, including 1 year as Junior Officer

9. Junior Finance Officer
