1. Administrative Assistant

Location: Addis Ababa

Educational Requirements

• BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Service Management.

Work Experience

• BA Degree holders: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Diploma holders: At least 4 years of related work experience.

2. BMS Specialist

Location: Head Office
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale

Educational Requirements

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in System Control, Automation, or Computer stream, or a related field.

Work Experience

• At least 4 years of experience operating and programming active Building Management Systems (BMS).

Additional Requirements

• Experience with automation control loops and Direct Digital Controllers (DDC).
• Knowledge of smart sensor calibration and instrumentation.
• Experience in network-based system administration.

3. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Head Office
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale

Educational Requirements

• MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience

• MSc holders: At least 5 years of experience in high-rise mechanical facility services.
• BSc holders: At least 7 years of experience in high-rise mechanical facility services.

Additional Requirements

• Experience managing central HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF networks, and air handling units.
• Experience with vertical transportation systems, including high-speed elevators and escalators.
• Experience with high-pressure firefighting and suppression systems, water pumps, and related equipment.

4. Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Control Stream

Location: Head Office

Educational Requirements

• MSc or BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Control, or a related field.

Work Experience

• MSc holders: At least 5 years of experience managing high-rise building electrical power distribution.
• BSc holders: At least 7 years of experience managing high-rise building electrical power distribution.

Additional Requirements

• Practical experience with medium- and low-voltage (MV/LV) main distribution boards.
• Experience with synchronized power systems, generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), backup diesel generators, and bus bars.

5. Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Head Office
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or TVET Level IV in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Machine Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.

Work Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in high-rise buildings.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment, including HVAC components, high-pressure pumps, and standby generators.
• Experience in mechanical equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

6. Plumbing & Sanitary Technician

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or TVET Level IV in Plumbing and Sanitary or a related field.

Work Experience

• At least 4 years of experience maintaining plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and water-supply installations.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with high-pressure booster pump stations, drainage and waste stacks, roof water reservoirs, and isolation valve maps.
• Ability to diagnose, locate, and repair plumbing and sanitary system failures inside buildings.

7. Electrician

Location: Head Office
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or TVET Level IV in Electricity, Building Electrical Installation (BEI), or a related field.

Work Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as an electrical maintenance technician in high-rise buildings.

Additional Requirements

• Expertise in Building Electrical Installation (BEI) and reading complex wiring plans.
• Experience troubleshooting floor distribution boards and maintaining internal lighting control modules.
• Ability to diagnose, locate, and repair electrical breakdowns and failures inside buildings.
