💼 Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant legal experience
- At least 2 years experience in the banking sector
🎯 Job Objective
To protect the Bank from legal vulnerabilities by providing legal analysis, drafting legal advice for credit processes, and ensuring compliance with all legally required documents.
🛠 Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and prepare loan, pledge/mortgage, and related contracts
- Ensure legal compliance for all borrower and pledger/mortgagor contracts
- Verify legality of borrowers and pledgers/mortgagors based on updated laws and bank procedures
- Draft legal opinions and submit to the Manager, Legal Credit
- Evaluate legal requirements of previous contracts
- Review contracts for completeness and sign them
- Review registration appropriateness of mortgage contracts and collateral insurance policies
- Follow up on limitation periods of mortgage contracts for timely action
- Check documents for safe custody
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Track legal defects and recommend corrective measures
- Collaborate with credit performers
- Provide prompt legal opinions
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
