1. Driver I
Location: Head Office
Qualifications:
- Grade 10 complete with 3rd Grade Driving License (Light Vehicle or equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience in reputable institutions
Job Summary:
- Drive small vehicles, medium trucks, and vans to transport people and goods for Bank operations
- Strictly observe safety standards and traffic rules
- Handle vehicles responsibly according to procedures
2. Manager, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Division
Location: Head Office
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Master’s holders: Minimum 6 years HR experience (preferably in banking), including 2 years as Principal Officer or 3 years as Senior Officer
- Bachelor’s holders: Minimum 8 years HR experience (preferably in banking), including 3 years as Principal Officer or 4 years as Senior Officer
Job Summary:
- Plan, organize, and oversee talent acquisition and onboarding functions
- Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring processes to ensure qualified staffing
3. Manager, Procurement Division
Location: Head Office
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Master’s holders: Minimum 6 years relevant experience (preferably in banking), including 2 years as Principal Officer or 3 years as Senior Officer
- Bachelor’s holders: Minimum 8 years relevant experience (preferably in banking), including 3 years as Principal Officer or 4 years as Senior Officer
Job Summary:
- Plan, direct, and control procurement activities of the Bank
- Ensure cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services
- Oversee compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Provide strategic leadership to support timely service delivery and resource utilization
4. Branch Manager I
Location: Ambo, Yirgachefe
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years banking experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles
Job Summary:
- Manage and oversee all branch activities
- Mobilize resources, approve loans and overdrafts within authorized limits
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and review loan applicants’ financial backgrounds
- Prepare regular reports on branch operations for effective decision‑making
