Available Positions

1. Senior Officer – IFB Branch Banking

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant IFB experience, with at least 2 years at Officer level or equivalent.

Location: Addis Ababa


2. Senior Officer – IFB Customer Relationship Management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant IFB experience, with at least 2 years at Officer level or equivalent.

Location: Addis Ababa


3. Principal Officer – IFB Branch Banking

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IFB experience, with at least 1 year as Senior Officer in a professional/expert role.

Location: Addis Ababa


4. Deputy Banking Center Manager II

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as Deputy Banking Center Manager/CSO III – Accounts in a supervisory role.

Location: Mizan Aman Banking Center


5. Banking Center Manager – Grade B

Education:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive relevant experience, including at least 3 years as Branch Manager.

Location: Dire Dawa Banking Center


6. Principal Officer – Credit Follow-up and Monitoring

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as Senior Officer in a professional/expert role.

Location: Addis Ababa
