Position 1: Senior Network Engineer
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related fields
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience (preferably in the banking industry)
- At least 2 years in an Officer position
Job Summary
The Senior Network Engineer, under the Enterprise Computing & Networks Division, is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining the Bank’s enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, reliable, and highly available network connectivity across:
- Head Office
- Branch network
- Digital banking platforms
- External service provider interconnections
- Primary & Disaster Recovery (DR) Data Centers

Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields

Job Summary
The Division Manager leads and coordinates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions for SME and Cooperative customers. Responsibilities include:
- Planning, directing, organizing, and supervising CRM operations
- Enhancing SME & Cooperative customer acquisition and retention
- Driving adoption of digital CRM tools
- Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction
- Leading and evaluating CRM officers and team performance
