Position Overview

Addis Life Real Estate is seeking an experienced sales professional to generate and convert property sales leads. This role requires prior real estate sales experience and offers an attractive commission structure alongside a competitive base salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Build strong client relationships and manage follow-ups.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior real estate sales experience is required. Candidates without real estate sales experience will be rejected.
• Sales experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
