Position: Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities

Communications: Act as the first point of contact by answering phones, routing calls, greeting visitors, managing emails, and handling mail.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange staff travel.

Document & Data Management: Prepare, format, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

Office Administration: Order and track office supplies, coordinate preventive maintenance for office equipment.

Financial Support: Process expense reports, assist with basic bookkeeping, and manage vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant clerical role
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of 10,000 – 15,000 ETB yearly with benefits as per company policy.
