Africa Village Microfinance S.C. is recruiting qualified applicants for the following positions:

1. Customer Service Officer (CSO)
2. Customer Relation Officer (CRO)

Employment Type: Permanent (upon successful completion of the probation period)

Duty Stations:

• Addis Ababa and Surrounding Areas
• Debre Birhan
• Dire Dawa

Position 1: Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Education

Applicants must have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Management
• Business Administration
• Economics
• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Leadership
• Marketing Management
• Or a related field

Experience

• Diploma holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the microfinance sector is preferred.

Position 2: Customer Relation Officer (CRO)

Education

Applicants must have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Management
• Business Administration
• Economics
• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Leadership
• Marketing Management
• Or a related field

Experience

• Diploma holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the microfinance sector is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary and benefits will be provided in accordance with Africa Village Microfinance S.C.'s salary scale and company policies.
