Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be final-year students or have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Be nationals of an African Union Member State.

Be full-time students or recent graduates.

Be 32 years old or younger at the time of selection.

Be fluent in at least one AU working language (English, French, Arabic, or Portuguese).

Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and good moral conduct.

Must have no prior serious criminal convictions (minor traffic offences excluded).

No prior work experience is required.
