Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be final-year students or have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Be nationals of an African Union Member State.
  • Be full-time students or recent graduates.
  • Be 32 years old or younger at the time of selection.
  • Be fluent in at least one AU working language (English, French, Arabic, or Portuguese).
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and good moral conduct.
  • Must have no prior serious criminal convictions (minor traffic offences excluded).
  • No prior work experience is required.

Terms and Conditions
