About Aggar Micro Finance S.C.
Aggar Micro Finance S.C. is the first commercial private microfinance institution in Ethiopia, established under Proclamation No. 40/96 (now replaced by Proclamation No. 626/2009). Founded by 443 shareholders with an initial paid-up capital of ETB 4.2 million, Aggar has grown to over 750 shareholders, with paid-up capital exceeding ETB 200 million and total assets surpassing ETB 410 million.

1. Auditor
- Education: BA/College Diploma in Accounting or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years (BA) / 6 years (Diploma).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of microfinance business and auditing methodologies.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory).
- Duty Station: Head Office.
2. Manager, Credit Portfolio Management
- Education: MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years (MA) / 6 years (BA), with at least 2 years in senior positions.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Broad knowledge of microfinance business.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and portfolio risk.
- Proficiency in portfolio tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and KPIs in microfinance.
- Strong communication and human relations skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory).
- Duty Station: Head Office.
3. Director, Strategy Partnership & Business Development
- Education: MA/BA in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 7 years (MA) / 9 years (BA), with at least 3 years in managerial roles in banks or microfinance institutions.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Experience in negotiating partnerships and expanding market reach.
- Strong project management and business development skills.
- Ability to design financial products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory).

4. Chief Corporate Service Officer
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 8 years (MA) / 10 years (BA), with at least 4 years in managerial roles in banks or microfinance institutions.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of financial industry operations.
- Strong HR management, recruitment, and talent development skills.
- Expertise in financial management, treasury, and share administration.
- IFRS application and accounting software proficiency.
- Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and manage financial instruments.
- Experience with IT systems integration for finance and HR.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and crisis management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory).
