Available Positions

1️⃣ Auditor

  • Education: BA or College Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing).
  • Competencies:
    • Knowledge of microfinance business and auditing methodologies.
    • Ability to conduct financial analysis.
    • Strong communication and report‑writing skills.
    • Basic computer skills.
  • Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2️⃣ Branch Accountant (5 positions)

  • Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing).
  • Competencies:
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and microfinance operations.
    • Familiarity with Ethiopian government financial laws.
    • Ability to prepare financial statements and reports.
    • Basic knowledge of IFRS and computer applications.
  • Locations: Wolkite, Hossana & Addis Ababa

3️⃣ Branch Cashier (3 positions)

  • Education: BA or College Diploma in Accounting, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing).
  • Competencies:
    • Basic knowledge of microfinance business and accounting records.
    • Ability to safely manage cash and payment instruments.
    • Customer service skills and ability to operate office machines.
    • Basic computer application skills.
