Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in:
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Banking and Finance
  • Or another related field

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of banking experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as:
  • Assistant Branch Manager (CSM), or
  • Relationship Manager (RM), or
  • Basic Branch Manager, or
  • An equivalent position.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Financial strategy and leadership skills
