Job Purpose
The position is responsible for supporting customer satisfaction through mobile banking, internet banking, and card production and operation services in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital banking business operations covering card banking, internet banking, and mobile banking.
- Implement digital banking operations policies and procedures.
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures when required.
- Ensure mobile, internet, and card banking operations align with the Bank's financial and operational strategies.
- Manage information related to digital banking operations.
- Track, communicate, and maintain digital banking information.
- Initiate new digital banking product offerings based on analysis.
- Follow up on implementation of new product features.
- Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with branch staff.
- Follow up on customer account transactions conducted through digital channels.
Qualification
Master's degree (MSc/MA) or Bachelor's degree (BA) in:

2. Principal Dispute and Reconciliation Management Officer

Job Purpose
The position is responsible for dispute, reconciliation, and settlement activities for the Bank's digital and merchant products in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dispute and reconciliation operations for the Bank's digital products.
- Implement dispute and reconciliation operational policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes following proper investigation.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation and settlement for the Bank's digital transactions.
- Conduct merchant settlement and timely reconciliation of merchant accounts.
- Perform timely settlement and adjustment of digital banking transactions within required periods.
- Ensure proper documentation of case activities, including contacts, documents reviewed, and statements.
- Assist branches in carrying out timely reconciliation of digital transactions.
- Produce periodic reports for management on the status of disputes and reconciliation.
