Position: Customer Service Officer I
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a bank.
Competencies
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of banking procedures and accounting.
- Ability to respond to client enquiries, advise, and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and core banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handle account maintenance, payments, collections, and customer enquiries.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions.
- Ensure efficient and professional customer service delivery.
