1️⃣ Principal Human Capital Officer – Addis Ababa

  • Responsibilities:
    • Align workforce strategies with business objectives.
    • Design and implement end‑to‑end talent management programs.
    • Execute organizational design and act as a trusted business partner to leadership.
    • Drive performance, capability building, and employee engagement.
  • Qualification: MSc/MA/BA/BSc in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in banking, including 2 years as Senior Officer in talent program design, execution, or business partnership.
  • Skills: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, organizational design, leadership.

2️⃣ Senior Human Capital Officer – Addis Ababa

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and compensation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster an engaged, productive workplace.
    • Support workforce alignment with strategic goals.
  • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including 2 years as Human Capital Officer or related role.
  • Skills: Human Resource Management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development.
