1. Research Development Junior Officer

Job Location: Head Office

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Sociology, Development Studies, Research Methods, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, internship, or graduate traineeship in market research, data collection, economic analysis, or academic/institutional research.

2. Strategy, Planning & Monitoring Senior Officer

Job Location: Head Office

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in strategic planning, business analysis, performance management, or monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.

3. Marketing & Brand Management Officer

Job Location: Head Office

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, promotional activities, or corporate communications.
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.

4. Content & Media Management Officer

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Language and Literature, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of progressive, demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, website management, journalism, or corporate communications.

5. Graphics & Visual Senior Officer

Job Location: Head Office

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or a closely related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and content development, preferably in a corporate marketing department or creative agency.

Additional Qualification:

• Professional certification in Graphic Design, Audio-Visuals, Adobe Creative Cloud, or specialized video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.

6. Branch Manager – 5 Positions
