1. Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)

Duty Station: Bank branches across Ethiopia

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a BA Degree in one of the following fields:

  • Banking & Finance
  • Accounting
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Marketing Management
  • Banking and Insurance
  • Cooperative Accounting and Auditing
  • Business Management
  • Corporate Finance
  • Financial Management

Experience

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Only 2026 G.C. graduates are eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 for female applicants.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.25 for male applicants.
  • National Exit Examination score of 65% or above.

  • Deliver quality customer service.
  • Promote the bank's products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

2. Information Technology Trainee Officer – I (Fresh Graduates)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a BSc Degree in one of the following fields:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Information Systems
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Experience

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Only 2026 G.C. graduates are eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 for female applicants.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.25 for male applicants.
  • National Exit Examination score of 65% or above.

Key Purpose of the Position

  • Provide first-level technical support for branches.
  • Support the operation of the bank's core banking system.
  • Assist in maintaining smooth IT service delivery across the bank.
