Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Law or business‑related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
Position 2: IT Auditor
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as officer.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 3: HR Business Partner
Qualifications
- BA in HRM, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, including 1 year as officer.
- Location: Adama District, Addis Ababa.
Position 4: Manager, Digital Channels & Support
Qualifications
- MSc/BSc in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
- 7–9 years of banking technology/digital channel operations, including 2 years in senior roles.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 5: Manager, Risk & Quality Assurance
Qualifications
- MSc/BSc/MA/MBA/BA in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Finance, Banking, or Cybersecurity.
- 7–9 years of banking experience in risk, IT audit, or information security, with 3 years in senior roles.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 6: Manager, Digital Financing Services
Qualifications
- MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Banking.
- 7–9 years of banking experience, including 2 years in senior digital lending roles.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 7: Manager, Third Party System Integration & API Management
Qualifications
- MBA/MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Business, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- 7–9 years of banking/fintech/API management experience, including 3 years in senior roles.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
Position 8: Branch Manager Grade I
Qualifications
- BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Management.
- 7 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or 2 years as Senior Officer.
- Locations: Azena, Arerti, Adama Chefe, Dilla, Hassena Ager, Jawi, Gashena, Majete, Merawi, Wegdi.
