1️⃣ Customer Service Officer – II

Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 year as Customer Service Officer, Trainee Banker, or related role.

2️⃣ Customer Service Officer – II (IFB)

Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking operations.

Additional Requirement: Interest Free Banking (IFB) knowledge.

Locations: Addis Ababa IFB branches, Chagni IFB, Harbu IFB, Hara, Mina.
3️⃣ Senior Interest Free Banking Officer

Education: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including 2 years as IFB Officer.

Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Sharia Laws.

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
4️⃣ Branch Manager Grade I

Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in banking, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or 2 years as Senior Officer.

5️⃣ Branch Manager Grade I (IFB)
