Available Positions

1️⃣ Trainee Banker

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Eligibility: Only 2025 & 2026 graduates with CGPA ≥ 3.00 and National Exit Exam passed.
  • Experience: Not required.
  • Place of Work: Humera City & surrounding branches.

2️⃣ Senior Customer Service Officer I

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking.
  • Place of Work: Humera City & surrounding branches.

3️⃣ Resident Auditor

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking.
  • Place of Work: Humera City & surrounding branches.

4️⃣ Sub Branch Manager

  • Education: First/Second Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years (Bachelor’s) or 4 years (Master’s) in banking, including 1 year supervisory.
  • Place of Work: Kafta, Ketema Nigus, Baeker Sub Branches.

5️⃣ Branch Manager I

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including 1 year supervisory.
  • Place of Work: Humera City & surrounding branches.
